Join the Victoria Downtown Residents Association for our final free concert of the summer on Pandora Green (Pandora Avenue west of Cook Street). The concert will feature performances by Brian Yoon (Principal Cello of the Victoria Symphony), singer-songwriter Hoélune Rosé, and poet Jezreel.
