Event Description

STINK MITT Since forming at a drunken roadside hodown in Spring 2002, MC JENNI CRAIGE, MC BETTI FORDE AND DR. DO THIS have opened (pun intended) for Peaches, Har-Mar Superstar, Princess Superstar, Paul Barman, and Nashville Pussy (whom the 'Mitt supported on tour across Canada, Winter 2003). As headliners, the 'Mitt have sold out Canada's biggest clubs including Lee's Palace (Toronto), Sonar (Vancouver), and Unity 2 (Montreal). StinkMitt's rep as one of Canada best lives acts has landed them in Hustler Magazine, on Much Music (while raping Nardwuar), on MTV Select's "In the Closet," on Zed TV a few times, and on countless Canadian magazine covers including the Montreal Mirror, and the Westender (Vancouver). StinkMitt's bizarre yet wonderfully catchy sound has led to licensing deals with the hit Showtime series "The L-Word" as well as MTV's "The Real World" and the Canadian indie/slasher flick Bloodchalker. Stink Mitt BULLIVARD are an electro-funk rock hip hop mashup harking back to the days of 2 LIVE CREW, DIGITAL UNDERGROUND while channeling modern day OUTKAST. You don't want to miss the hilarious stage show!!!!!
