Event Description

This tasting event celebrates food’s artful presentation through colour, with each chef challenged to construct a canapé that expresses colour visually and flavourfully. This year’s colours include: blue, green, red, orange, yellow and purple! Culinary experts blind-judge for two awards and event guests vote for the People’s Choice award. Ticket includes a complimentary beer or wine, samples of all twelve canapés, door prizes and opportunities to bid on a large selection of silent auction items.
