Come to celebrate CANADA CULTURE DAYS that promotes participation and commitment of all Canadians to the artistic and cultural life of their community through Free Activities across CANADA. The Victoria African and Caribbean Cultural Society & Drum Victoria invite you to a free drumming workshop.
The free drumming workshop is one of the most popular ongoing drumming events in Victoria.
Drums are provided for everyone, but if you do have your own a drum, you are invited to bring it along.
Everyone is welcome, and you don’t need to have ever played a drum before. The rhythms we play are powerful and surprisingly easy to learn.
This is a Culture Days free event, so feel free to wear red & white outfit.
