Social is a live PA Electronic group consisting of Hrdvsion (real name Nathan Jonson) and A Great White Bird (real name Pema Douma).

Nathan’s live percussion style is unabashedly bombastic and funky, with enough Aphex Twin and Gold Chains influence to make you feel like you’re in a city ten times larger and the tap water is 50 proof. Hise music has been on several of Plaid’s DJ sets, and he’s done live performances from Vancouver to Montreal. Might as well catch him now before it costs you $80 a show.

Pema’s synth style has always been influenced by soundtracks, electro and Boards of Canada. The other side of his coin is a classic techno esthetic, refined by constant study during both good and bad nights on the dancefloor. Pema’s use of vintage electronic sounds in a futuristic and emotional context sets him in a class by himself, in which he's perfectly comfortable.
