The Rothschilds

Featuring former members of San Francisco's "Absinthe Boy" and Vancouver's "22nd Century", "The Mucles Bitches" and "The BTU's", The Rothschilds formed in the fall of 2008. Lead singer & guitarist Darryl Stapleton has fronted numerous bands, including The Silencers, Hell Brothers and Absinthe Boy and sharing the stage with numerous bands including the UK's New Model Army & The New York Dolls. Mellow Friesen fronted Vancouver's The Bombshells and The Muscle Bitches. Newly added Duane Chaos on lead guitar also plays with I. Braineater and 22nd Century!
Blending a mix of The Replacements, NY Dolls, Husker Du & The Church, The Rothschilds sound is both punchy and raw as well as being melodic.
